Professional Work - Avison Young
From to July 2021 to present, I have been working as a Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator for Avison Young. I have worked on a wide range of projects from marketing materials like flyers and email campaigns to property videos, 360 tours, websites, and social media content. I manage our Clark Tower social media account - which is one of our biggest listings, and I lead our social media team in brainstorming, creating, and posting this content. The below buttons will take you to a few projects I have completed for my current job that showcase my skills.
Cotton Exchange Building Flyer
Most flyers for Avison Young's listings follow a similar template, but Cotton Exchange Building needed a custom design that was influenced by Avison Young's branding. This showcases my ability to follow brand guidelines while also delivering material that delivers what the client wants.
Lenox Park Property Website
Lenox Park needed a custom-made brand and website to help advertise its available space. There was a pre-existing website, but it was not functional or appropriately designed. I redesigned the brand and website to look more fresh, clean, and professional while also keeping usability in mind.
Clark Tower Marketing Materials
Clark Tower is one of our biggest listings, and therefore it needed custom branding and materials to showcase its potential. I did not design the Clark Tower brand; Avison Young hired a design firm to make Clark Tower's new branding. I have used the brand they provided to create a custom flyer, maintain their website, make branded floor plans, and create new interior signage in the building (which is still in progress). I also took over managing the social media accounts for Clark Tower starting in March of 2023. Below are buttons that show content I have made for these materials.
*The Clark Tower website was not made by me; I do however maintain the website through WordPress with updates including keeping the" Offices" page updated with correct leasing information and floor plans.
